Day 1: Arrival, the rest of the day can be spent at your leisure. A "fragrant" surprise will await you in your room.

Day 2: Getting to know the village; relaxation afternoon in one of the two thermal spas in Bad Kleinkirchheim – enjoy the Therme St. Kathrein or the Thermal Römerbad with their spacious sauna areas

Day 3: In the morning there is a guided hike with Rudi Ortner 8.30pm: wonderful slide presentation about the Nockberge National Park and its fauna and flora

Day 4: In the morning: "Embracing the soul with the body" – spiritual hike with the evangelical priest Mag. Träger; duration: approx. 4 hours, the afternoon is your own

Day 5: Guided alpine valerian hike in the Nockberge National Park with a trained National Park ranger

Day 6: Relaxation in one of the two thermal spas in Bad Kleinkirchheim: enjoy the Therme St. Kathrein or the Thermal Römerbad with its spacious sauna area, in the afternoon to the Matl Sepp adventure farm with animals to pet, game enclosure, bread baking and a mill presentation.

Day 7: Guided hike with Rudi Ortner 1 alpine valerian massage
