The enjoyment of hiking in the valley of the alpine pastures

Experience the charm of 40 cosy mountain huts, the smell of the alpine meadows in bloom, crystal-clear mountain lakes and the breathtaking panorama in the Hohe Tauern National Park.

While it is still quiet down in the valley, the people at the alpine dairy farms already have plenty to do. From the delicious milk of happy cows they make fresh butter and wonderful cheese.
