Day 1: Short exploration walk through the village. Those who want to can hike onto the Kalvarienberg (wonderful views of the Krakautal valley), walk on the educational nature trail or get some first impressions of the Krakautal valley on the panorama trail.

Day 2: Der 1. Wandertag: Genusswanderung zum Etrachsee oder weiter bis zu die Wildenkarseen. Auf dieser Wanderung gibt es einige kulinarische Köstlichkeiten: "Ofenbratl", geräucherte Forellen, sowie weitere regionale Köstlichkeiten.

Day 3: Along the Krakautaler Höhenweg high-altitude path to lake Schattensee – the "good fairy walk". Among the attractions along this mountain ridge hike are the beautiful mixed forests, in particular the many larches, the scenic alpine pastures some of which are still mown and the mysterious marsh areas. This is a wonderful hiking tour – especially in autumn – with some scenic vantage points. Swimming in the moor water of the lake is pure relaxation for many people. One highlight is the water target shooting at lake Schattensee, where you shoot at the reflection of the target in the water. Booking for groups required. Guided moor hikes are offered (hike to the mysterious world of the Überlinger Moor).

Day 4: Cold & warm offer: hike from the Klausnerbergsäge sawmill to lake Rantensee (cold). For hikers with good fitness levels we recommend the Predigtstuhl or the crossing to the Prebertörl. Stop at the Ebenhandlhütte hut or at the Möslhütte hut in the Prebertal valley. After returning, you can book mud treatments (warm).

Day 5: Hike to the Grazer Hütte hut with wonderful views of the Krakautal valley. Summiteers should not miss the Preber, our local mountain at 2,740 m altitude.

Day 6: Short last hike to the highest waterfall in Styria, the "Günster Wasserfall", which is well worth seeing. Then a visit to the village museum, the precious stone garden and the mineral museum. Finally, a swim in the bathing lake would be relaxing.
