The Soboth lies on the Koralpe and the famous Styrian wine region extends at its foot. The picturesque centre of the village of Soboth (1,070 m) is characterised by beautiful old lime trees and well-kept houses adorned with flowers. Craftspeople have influenced the appearance of the village and wooden figures add life to the village. On the weekends, this hiking village experiences a hustle and bustle with the many visitors who either enjoy the stunning, fjord-like Soboth reservoir, stroll through the village and marvel at the charming atmosphere, or take a tour on the many hiking paths. Furthermore, there are also many motorbike fans who thoroughly enjoy this winding mountain route with the marvellous views, and cyclists who cannot resist the challenge of this mountain.
