Day 1: Family hike to Ellmi's Zauberwelt and the KaiserWelt At the beginning of the hiking week we will start with an easy hike. We’ll take the Hartkaiserbahn railway up to the Hartkaiser (1,555 m) where we will find Ellmi's Zauberwelt, a 4,000 m² large play park with the mystical world of fables, hobgoblins and woodland sprites. Then further on to the panorama trail (suitable for families) that leads to the KaiserWelt play park on the Brandstadl in Scheffau. In the enchanted Kaiserwald forest we will find winding paths, tree houses and a lot more. Down to the valley it is an easy ride with the gondola and then on the free "KaiserJet" bus for hikers and swimmers back to Ellmau.

Day 2: Hike to the Ellmau stone circle The second day will show you the peaceful sides of the Wilder Kaiser. The Ellmau stone circle is a self-contained natural energetic force field, located at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser. The “Ellmauer Steinkreis” circular trail can be walked from the Wochenbrunner Alm pasture on a shady forest path in approx. 30 minutes to the mystical Ellmau stone circle.

Day 3: Visit to the “Hexenwasser” in Hochsöll The “Hexenwasser” (witches’ water) adventure world invites visitors to admire, realise and understand nature. At more than 60 stations the adventure world encourages the whole family to get a better understanding of nature. From the witches’ forest and the witches’ bath to the longest barefoot route in Austria – there’s a lot to discover. As a successful end to this day you should not miss a cable car ride to the Hohe Salve, the most scenic vantage mountain in Tyrol offering stunning 360° views.

Day 4: Visit to the Moor & More in Going A vibrant place of a somewhat different kind can be found in Going, where a long forgotten natural oasis has been woken up from long hibernation. According to the principle “MOOR & MORE”, several marsh areas of various sizes will introduce visitors to the unique fauna and flora of the moors and invite them to linger and enjoy. Around the Gasthof Römerhof inn there are several marsh areas of various sizes with typical fauna and flora, unique in Europe.

Day 5: Hydrotherapy Kneipp tour in Tyrol’s first “Kneipp für mich” centre In Scheffau, Tyrol’s first “Kneipp für mich®” centre, you can feel the concentrated power of water. Seven stations have been created and combined in a tour. Particularly at the meditation spot you’ll find the necessary tranquillity to gather your thoughts before you rid yourself of unnecessary burdens with a final ritual in the eagle maze made of bark mulch and can return to your everyday life feeling liberated.

Day 6: Hike along the ‘Sunnseitweg’ path on the sunny side in Söll The hike along Söll’s ‘Sunnseitweg’ path makes for a cosy end to an eventful week. Already the first inhabitants of Söll knew that the sunny side is the best place to be, and this is why they established their settlements there. Situated at the foot of the large and small Pölven, the ‘Sunnseitweg’ path is enthralling with its wonderful panoramic views and, thanks to the sunny location, its marvellous countryside. Many local history points can tell you a lot of interesting things about Söll and its people. Traditional inns and pubs along the route serve local specialities and thereby round off your studies on local history in a tasty way. It can be so delicious and exciting to learn new things.
