From the church, take a left via the asphalted road, passing the Niederscheffau farmhouses and the Lindenhof until you reach Café Rosemarie. Make a right following the road and the Seebach until you reach a curve where a forest trail (barrier) turns off into the woods. This path will take you along the course of wild and romantic Seebach. At the end, a path climbs uphill to the left through the forest and continues over a meadow. At the Grübler Hof, follow the road to the left to the Seestüberl / Hintersteinsee. At the Seestüberl, take a right uphill via a path that again feeds into a forest trail. Follow this trail until you reach the Walleralm. Keep right and follow the WKS (Wilder Kaiser Mountain Path) towards the Steiner Hochalm. Continue along the WKS until you reach the Kaiser Hochalm. Continue on the WKS to the Wegscheid Hochalm junction. There the descent begins which leads you via the Wegscheid Niederalm and the forest trail until you reach the Jagerwirt and then back into the village
