If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored for three months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the case of any follow-up questions. We will not forward this data without your consent.

Your rights

As a matter of principle, you are entitled to the rights of information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data breaches data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been breached in a way, you may lodge a complaint with the regulatory authority. In Austria this is the “Datenschutzbehörde” (Data Protection Authority).

Transfer of data

We may share collected data with external processors who process data on our behalf in a legally compliant manner. Only data necessary for processing will be transferred; furthermore, this data will be erased by the processor once processing is complete:

Server logs

All requests to our website are logged by the hosting provider (server logs); this is necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the site. They are stored for 3 months:

This data will not be forwarded to external companies and will only be evaluated internally; if necessary, it will be forwarded to the responsible authorities for criminal prosecution.

Newsletter

You can subscribe to our newsletter via our website. To do so, we need your e-mail address and a declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. As soon as you have subscribed to the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm your subscription.
